1. Purpose of the application
NEMP supports independent observation and review. Recorded observations and monitoring totals are not official election announcements. Public illustrations are fictional and confer no access to operational work.
2. Accounts and authorized work
Use your own account and your organization’s approved access process. Registration does not grant membership. Protected work depends on enabled membership, role, scope, assignments and device authorization.
3. Source records and corrections
Original sources are retained and corrections append history. A pending correction does not replace the current approved values. Queuing a report is distinct from receiving a server receipt.
4. Pilot and acceptance boundaries
The Android field client is a pilot. OCR is required for the first pilot and remains unqualified. A pilot release is not a guarantee of delivery or field readiness.
5. Operator terms required
The operator must supply approved terms identifying the contracting party, applicable jurisdiction, contact, rights and obligations before this page can serve as binding terms. No contractual promise or acceptance mechanism is introduced by this informational page.
